RICE PUDDING 
1/2 c. rice
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. butter (1/2 stick)
1/2 can evaporated milk
2/3 c. sugar

Cook rice and salt until tender. Blend above ingredients. Pour into baking dish and bake at 375 degrees until firm.
