FUDGEY BROWNIES | |
2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1/3 c. butter 1/3 c. cocoa 3/4 c. flour 1 c. chopped nuts (optional) Place eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla in bowl and stir slightly. Melt butter and cocoa in microwave until creamy. Add to egg mixture. Add flour and stir, don't beat, until smooth. Add nuts and place in a greased 8x8 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Recipe can be doubled and placed in a 9x13 inch pan. Make frosting or eat just as they are. |
