SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE 
Lg. can sweet potatoes, mashed
1/2 c. melted butter
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. sm. marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix mashed potatoes, butter, eggs, cinnamon and sugar. Place in baking dish. Top with brown sugar. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with coconut, pecans and marshmallows. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
