RHUBARB BLUEBERRY JAM 
5 c. rhubarb - cut up
1 c. water
5 c. sugar
1 can blueberry pie mix
2 pkg. raspberry Jello

Boil rhubarb, water and sugar until rhubarb is soft, about 15 minutes. Add pie mix and simmer 5 to 7 minutes. Take from heat and add Jello. Stir until dissolved.
