SCALLOPED POTATOES 
3 med. potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lg. onion

Butter baking dish. Mix soup, milk, salt and pepper. Dice potatoes thin. Layer baking dish with potatoes and onions. Pour 1/2 of soup mixture over it. Add 1/2 of cheese. Make another layer of each. Top with cheese. Bake in covered dish at 350 degrees until potatoes are tender, approximately 1 hour.
