LEMON CARROT 
2 pkgs. lemon gelatin
3 c. hot water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. crushed pineapple
2 c. shredded carrots

Combine gelatin and water according to package directions. While still warm, add vinegar and salt. When cool, add pineapple and shredded carrots.
