NO-BAKE FRUITCAKE 
Make 2 days ahead.

3 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. orange juice
1 can Eagle Brand milk
6 c. graham cracker crumbs (about 1 lb.)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped dates
1 c. nuts
16 oz. jar fruits and peels of candied fruit

Combine milk, marshmallows, and orange juice in a small bowl. Let stand 30 minutes. Blend cracker crumbs, cinnamon, allspice, and cloves in large bowl and add dates, raisins, fruit and nuts. Stir in marshmallow mixture with spoon until all crumbs are moistened. Press firmly into wax paper-lined 9-inch loaf pan. Cover tightly, store in refrigerator at least 2 days before serving. Will keep for several weeks in the refrigerator. Slice thin to serve.
