DELICIOUS WHITE ICING 
3 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
1 tsp. vanilla
1 heaping tbsp. marshmallow creme

In small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in flour slowly until a paste is formed. Add milk. Stir over low heat. Continue cooking (about 10 minute) until mixture is thick and bubbling and comes away from sides of pan. Cool completely.

In separate bowl beat together 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup Crisco. Add the cooled mixture and beat well. To give a delicious flavor add 1 teaspoon of vanilla and a heaping tablespoon of marshmallow creme. Beat well. Yields about 2 cups of frosting.
