WHITE CREAM ICING | |
1 c. milk 5 tbsp. flour 1/2 lb. butter 1 c. 10X sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Cook flour and milk until it becomes a thick paste. Set aside to cool, at least 20 minutes. Beat butter, sugar and vanilla with mixer until creamy, adding flour mixture one spoon at a time. Frosts 2 (9") layers. |
