ENCHILADAS 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. taco seasoning
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chopped green chilies
1/2 can black olives, sliced
Picante Sauce
2 bunches scallions, chopped
1/2 c. warm water
1 pkg. 10-inch tortillas
3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Shredded lettuce
Tomatoes, chopped

Brown hamburger. Drain and add taco seasoning.

Mix together sour cream, soup, chilies, scallions, and water.

Spoon hamburger onto tortilla. Top with cheese. Roll up and place in 9 x 13 pan. Fill 8 tortillas in this manner. Cover tortillas with sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Serve hot on bed of shredded lettuce. Top with sliced black olives, tomatoes, Picante sauce, and additional cheese. 8 enchiladas.
