GREEN CHILI ENCHILADAS 
1 sm. can diced green chilies
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 can mushroom soup, cream or golden
1 (8 oz.) jar taco sauce
2 lb. hamburger
Soft corn tortillas
1 lb. cheddar cheese
Garlic salt
Seasoning salt
Salt and pepper

Brown hamburger; season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside. In a 2 quart pan, combine taco sauce, green chilies, milk and soup. Heat to a boil, stirring constantly. In a crock pot, layer tortillas, meat, sauce, and cheese until all ingredients are used. Cook on low heat for 2-3 hours. Serves 8.
