EL DORADO CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 can olives
1 can green chilies
1/2-3/4 c. Jack cheese
1 bag tortilla chips

Mix beef, garlic, salt and tomato sauce after browning and draining meat.

Mix sour cream, cottage cheese, olives and chilies.

Layer in 8 x 8-inch pan chips, meat mix, cream mix; then repeat. Top with Jack cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
