REAL OLD PLUM PUDDING 
2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. currants
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped citron
1/2 c. chopped apples
2 tbsp. chopped candied or orange peel
1/4 c. chopped almonds
1 c. chopped suet
3 eggs
1/2 c. grape juice

Mix all the ingredients except the eggs and grape juice. Add the beaten egg yolks, and the stiff beaten egg whites. Add the grape juice and mix well. Pour into a greased mold filling 3/4 full. Cover tightly and steam 6 hours. Serves 8 to 10.
