PLUM PUDDING 
One pound suet, 1 pound brown sugar, 1 pound currants, 1 pound raisins, 1/4 pound candied peel, 1/2 pound bread crumbs, 1/2 pound flour, juice of 1 orange, pint grape juice, 3/4 cup molasses, 2 teaspoonful cinnamon, 1 nutmeg, grated; 3 eggs. Put in molds, tie floured cloth over. Boil 5 hours steady.
