Take a slice of bread and remove a piece of the bread from the center to make a hole. Melt butter in a frying pan and fry the bread lightly on one side. Crack an egg into the center hole of the bread. Continue frying until egg is partially done. Carefully use spatula to turn bread and egg over being careful not to break yolk. If necessary, put a little more butter under bread after turning the bread over. Continue frying until egg is done the way you like it.
