EGG IN A HOLE 
1 egg
1 slice bread (whole wheat or white)
butter (enough to spread on bread)

Cut a hole (about the size of a quarter) in the slice of bread. Nibble on the hole while you are cooking. Spread the butter on the bread. Heat a small frying pan and place the bread in, butter side down. After 1 minute, crack open egg, making sure the yolk goes in the holes of the bread in the pan. Allow to cook a few minutes and then turn over with a spatula. Cook until done as desired. Serve with a glass of low-fat milk.
