STRAWBERRY DELIGHT | |
1 lg. box sugar-free strawberry Jello 2 c. boiling water 1/2 c. cold water 24 lady fingers 1 1/4 c. dairy whipped topping or Cool Whip 4 c. sliced strawberries Decorate with mint sprigs or berry halves Use 8 inch springform pan. 1. Make Jello, cover and cool 30 minutes or until syrupy. 2. Square off bottom of lady fingers and line pan. 3. Add 1/3 cup whipped topping to Jello with whip. 4. Fold in sliced berries. 5. Spoon mix into pan. 6. Cover with plastic wrap until set. 7. Decorate. (May "ice" with rest of Cool Whip or put spoonfuls on top). |
