RAM NOODLES 
4 c. flour
4 eggs
1 tbsp. oil
1 pt. sweet cream

Beat eggs, oil and 2 cups flour. Keep adding flour, 1 cup at a time until you have a dough that is smooth and not sticky. Let set, covered with a cloth, for 10 minutes. Divide in half, roll out thin and cut large strips 1/2 inch wide. Drop into large kettle of boiling water making sure they have lots of room. Boil about 8 minutes. Drain and have fry pan, 10 inch to 12 inch, that has 1 pint cream boiling. Put noodles in and fry until they just brown overall. Serve in piece of potato. Serves about 5.
