PRETTY PINK SALAD 
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 can mandarin orange segments
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Combine gelatin with 3/4 cup hot water. Add softened cream cheese to remaining 1/4 cup hot water. Stir until mixed well. Drain pineapple. Measure juice and add water to make 1 cup liquid. Add drained pineapple to gelatin. Drain oranges. Add to gelatin. Stir in marshmallows. Pour in mold. Chill until firm.
