PROTEIN DRINK FOR PREGNANT MOMS | |
2 c. milk 1 banana 1 tbsp. black strap molasses 1 tbsp. protein powder (vanilla flavored) 1 tbsp. nutritional yeast Combine all ingredients in a blender until thoroughly mixed. Drink half and save half in refrigerator for later. This drink is also good for lactating moms and underweight children. |
