HI-PROTEIN WHEAT BREAD 
10 c. white flour
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 c. yeast
2 c. water
1 c. honey
1/4 c. butter
2 c. cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 c. oatmeal

Mix flour, yeast, salt, oatmeal. Heat water; add honey, butter, and cottage cheese. Add to dry mixture and add eggs. Knead 8 to 10 minutes. Let raise until double. Put in greased pans, let rise. Bake 35 minutes at 375 degrees.
