HEALTH BREAD 
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. ready to eat bran cereal (not flakes)
1 c. raisins
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour milk or buttermilk

Stir all ingredients together. Stir well and pour batter into 8x9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake 350 for 50 to 60 minutes.
