HEALTH BREAD 
1 c. old fashioned oats
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. bran cereal
1 c. raisins
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. buttermilk

Stir all together well. Bake in 9 x 5 loaf pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
