HI-PROTEIN SPINACH SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. fresh spinach
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 med. tomatoes, chunked
1 c. chopped celery
1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts, drained (or fresh sprouts)
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. sunflower nuts
1/4 tsp. each of salt, pepper, garlic salt

DRESSING:

1/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. salad oil
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine salad ingredients in a salad bowl. Mix dressing and toss well with salad. Serves 6.
