TURKEY PAPRIKA 
1 1/4 turkey breast slices
2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 med. green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. tomato sauce
1 tbsp. paprika
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/4 tsp. basil
2 c. hot cooked noodles

Cut turkey into 1/2 inch strips. Heat butter in large skillet. Cook turkey, onion, green pepper until turkey is no longer pink. Sprinkle with flour and stir to blend. Stir in broth, tomato sauce and basil. Boil 1 minute. Stir in sour cream and 2 cups hot cooked noodles. Salt and pepper to taste.
