CREAM OF ZUCCHINI SOUP 
4 zucchini (sliced 1/2 inch thick or so), washed
1/4 c. onion (yellow) (chopped)
1 tbsp. butter
Dash pepper
Dash salt
Water (pour some of it off when done cooking)
1 pkt. chicken stock
1 c. half and half (to your preference)

Put zucchini in pan. Add onion, butter, pepper and salt. Fill with water just until you can see it through zucchini. Sprinkle in chicken stock, cover, and bring to a boil. Boil only about 5 minutes. Watch it to make sure it doesn't burn. After 5 minutes, turn off heat.
