BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 family size broccoli pieces or 2 heads fresh broccoli
1 stick butter
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, diced
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

Preheat oven to 325°F. Cook broccoli until thawed; drain and put into 9 x 13 casserole dish. While broccoli is warm, add cheese and 1/2 stick of butter. Combine cracker crumbs and 1/2 stick of melted butter and sprinkle on top of mixture.

Bake 25 minutes.
