1 bottle Green Goddess dressing
1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 cut up chicken

Mix together Green Goddess dressing, apricot preserves and Lipton onion soup mix. Pour over 1 cut up chicken in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with rice. You can use broth for gravy over rice.
