3 c. ground cooked chicken
1/4 c. celery, finely chopped
1/4 c. pecans, finely chopped
1/4 c. raisins, finely chopped
2 tsp. salt
4 boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 c. pickles, chopped
Mayonnaise to moisten
1/4 c. olives
Lettuce

Mix chicken, pecans and raisins. Add celery, eggs and pickles. Mix well, add salt and mayonnaise. Serve on lettuce leaf and decorate with olives.
