CHOCOLATE MARSHMALLOW PUDDING 
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 1/2 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
12 marshmallows

In microwave, melt chocolate in 1 1/2 quart glass casserole. Mix together sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Add milk slowly to dry ingredients, stirring constantly. Add to chocolate and blend well. Cook 4 1/2 minutes, stir, cook 1 more minute. Quarter marshmallows and add to chocolate. Stir so that marshmallows melt and are blended. Add beaten egg. Cook 1 minute. Remove from oven, add vanilla.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
