CHOCOLATE MARSHMALLOW PIE 
30 marshmallows
1/2 c. milk
1/2 square baking chocolate, shaved
1 c. whipped cream

Melt marshmallows in the milk in a double boiler or microwave. Cool until stiff. Stir while cooling. Put in shaved chocolate and whipped cream. Stir until smooth. Crush graham crackers and put layer in bottom of pie tin or 8" square pan. Sprinkle more cracker crumbs on top. Cool and serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
