TOAST-YOUR-OWN-CAKE CHUNKS 
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
2/3 c. honey
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 day old angel food cake broken into 3 inch chunks
Toasted coconut
Fruit sauce (optional)
Ice cream (optional)

In bowl, mix together milk, honey and cinnamon. Stir until ingredients are blended together. Place a cake chunk on the tines of a long handled fork and dip it quickly into the honey mixture, coating it evenly with the aid of a small spatula; then roll it in coconut. Hold fork about 4 inches from gray-hot coals until cake is heated through. Each guest makes his own. Serve with ice cream and/or Tina McAlistare's Fruit Sauce Fondue.
