CHOCOLATE CHIP SNACK CAKE | |
1 (18 1/4 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix 1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding 4 eggs 1 c. water 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 (12 oz.) pkg. miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 (4 oz.) pkg. German sweet chocolate, grated and divided confectioners sugar In a mixing bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients; beat for 5 minutes. Stir in chips and half of the grated chocolate. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining grated chocolate while warm. Dust with confectioners sugar. |
