DOUBLE CHOCOLATE SNACK CAKE 
1 2/3 c. flour
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chocolate chips
Nuts (optional)

Mix all ingredients together except chocolate chips. Pour in ungreased 8x8 pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake 35-40 minutes, 350 degrees. Serve warm or cool. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
