POTATOES GRIFFIN 
8 cooked, peeled and diced potatoes
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, diced
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped onion
Salt, pepper to taste
1/2 lb. chopped PARTIALLY fried bacon
1/4 c. sliced, stuffed olives

Combine potatoes, cheese, mayonnaise, and onion. Place in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Top with bacon and olives. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
