PUMPKIN SWIRL SQUARES 
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 3/4 c. sugar (1 1/2 & 1/4)
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs (2 & 1)
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

Combine pumpkin, 1 1/2 cups sugar, oil and 2 eggs; mixing until well blended. Add combined dry ingredients; mix well. Combine cream cheese and remaining sugar and egg, mixing until well blended. Spoon pumpkin mixture into greased and floured 15 x 10 x 1 inch jelly roll pan. Spoon cream cheese mixture over pumpkin batter. Cut through batter with knife several times for marble effect. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until done. Cool, cut into squares.
