GRANNY DANIELS FARM PUDDING 
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 (7 oz.) pkg. flaked coconut
8 slices day old bread
3 eggs, separated
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. milk
Pinch of salt
Tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. flour

In a large baking dish, that has been buttered, put in a layer of bread that has been broken up, Next, layer of pineapple, then a layer of coconut. Continue with layers until the dish is full. Next, beat egg yolks, salt, sugar, and flour together. Add milk and vanilla; blend well. Pour over all ingredients in dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Remove from oven.

Whip egg whites until stiff. Add sugar to egg whites (2 tablespoons for each white). Add 2 tablespoons at a time, beating well after each addition. Whip until firm and glossy; drop onto pudding by spoonfuls. Spread to sides of dish and bake in 320 degree oven for 20 minutes. Ummmm good.
