CONEY SAUCE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp. beef bouillon
1 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt

Brown meat and saute onion and garlic, then mix all together. Add other ingredients and stir well. Cook over low heat 20 to 25 minutes. Serve over hot dogs or along on a bun.
