ECONOMICAL NEVER FAIL CHOCOLATE
CAKE
 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/3 c. salad oil (Mazola)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. cold water

In an 8-inch square cake pan, mix dry ingredients, make a well and add other ingredients, mix thoroughly with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done, test with a toothpick. Ice with your favorite icing. Delicious!

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 tbsp. soft butter
Pinch of salt
1/2 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
