NO BAKE CHOCOLATE PIE 
9 inch graham cracker crumb crust
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs

Cream butter in electric mixer, adding sugar gradually. Add chocolate, peppermint extract and vanilla, mixing well.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating with electric beater, 5 minutes after adding each egg. Pour mixture into crumb pie shell. Chill at least 2 hours.

Makes 10 to 12 servings.
