FRESH FRUIT PUDDING COMPOTE 
1 c. cold milk
3 tbsp. orange liqueur or orange juice
1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jello vanilla/lemon instant pudding and pie filling
2 c. thawed Birds Eye Cool Whip Non-Dairy whipped topping
6 c. fresh fruits (blueberries, melon balls, raspberries and sliced strawberries, bananas and peaches)

Pour milk and liqueur into a bowl; add pudding mix. Beat slowly with hand beater or at lowest speed of electric mixer for 1 minute. Add 2 cups of the whipped topping and beat 1 minute longer, just until blended. Arrange half the fruits in a large serving bowl. Add the pudding mixture and top with remaining fruit. Garnish with additional whipped topping and fruits, if desired. Great topping on packaged ginger cake.
