DOUBLE CHEESE QUICHE 
2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 c. cream, or milk
4 eggs
1/4 c. baking mix
2 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Butter bottom and sides of 9" quiche dish. Coat with bread crumbs. Sprinkle cheeses on bottom of dish; set aside.

Beat remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour over cheeses. Bake until center is soft set, 30 to 35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Serves 6.
