1 c. peanut butter
1 lg. bag chocolate chips
1 - 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 box Double Chex

Melt together peanut butter, butter and chips. Pour over cereal mixture. Put powdered sugar in double thickness brown paper bag and add cereal mixture. Shake until well coated. Keep in air tight container.
