1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1 pkg. (12 oz.) chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. peanuts
1 box (17.9 oz.) Crispix cereal
1 lb. confectioners' sugar

In large microwave safe bowl heat butter on high power 45 seconds or melted. Add chocolate morsels. Cook until melted. Add peanut butter. Microwave 30 seconds. Stir to blend.

In a large bowl put cereal, nuts and chocolate stir to coat. Place sugar in 2 gallon plastic bag. Pour in mixture. Close tight and shake until coated. Makes 16 cups.
