Put first ingredients (syrup) in microwave for 1 minute, stir good. Put back in microwave for 1 more minute, mix until all dissolved. Put big box of "Crispix" in bowl, pour dissolved syrup over cereal. Coat well. Put 1 pound powdered sugar in brown bag. Add cereal mix and shake well.
