STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 pkg. mushrooms
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
2 cloves chopped garlic

Remove stems, wash, chop stems in bowl. Add cheese, garlic, bread crumbs, olive oil and mix. Stuff caps and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
