PUMPKIN CUPCAKES 
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2/3 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. cooked, mashed pumpkin
2 tbsp. milk

Combine flour and all dry ingredients on a piece of waxed paper.

In a medium sized bowl beat egg and add sugar, oil, pumpkin and milk. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Spoon into cupcake papered tins. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

LEMON GLAZE:

1 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Grated lemon peel

Prepare glaze in microwave. Stir every 30 seconds until mixture is blended. Set aside until cupcakes are baked. Cool cupcakes 5 to 15 minutes. Then drizzle glaze on top.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
