REBEKAH'S CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. chicken, cooked and chopped
1 can water chestnuts, drained and quartered
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
3 hard boiled eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. chicken stock
1/2 to 3/4 c. mayonnaise

Combine the above ingredients and pour into a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Top with grated cheddar cheese. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
