GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
12 potatoes, boiled in the skin
1 onion, diced
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar (red wine vinegar only)
2 bouillon cubes (beef)
2 stalks of green onion, diced
3/4 c. water
Salt & pepper to taste

Peel your potatoes and cube. Add vinegar and oil, onions and green onions, mix well. Boil your water and dissolve bouillon cube. Pour over the potatoes, stir well. Salt and pepper to taste. Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
