SWEDISH PANCAKES 
4 eggs
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. whole wheat pastry flour
1/3 c. powdered milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs; add remaining ingredients and mix. Bake on hot griddle until lightly brown on both sides. Serve hot with fruit, maple syrup or honey. Yield: 3 to 4 servings.
